纤维增强复合材料布加固简支板桥的受力性能研究 被引量:4

Research on the Mechanical Performance of In-Service Simply Supported Slab Bridges Strengthened with Fiber-Reinforced Composite Material Sheets

摘要 为研究不同纤维增强复合材料(FRP)布对在役简支板桥的加固提升效果,以某在役的3跨简支板桥为研究对象,对其各孔跨的板梁分别采用玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(BFRP)布、碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)布以及BFRP布与CFRP布组合的方式进行加固,通过理论分析和静动载试验对比分析了不同加固方式对在役简支板桥受力性能的提升程度。研究结果表明:复合纤维布对在役桥梁的刚度提升效果要优于单一FRP布的提升效果,而CFRP布的钢筋应力降低效果要强于其他两种纤维布;FRP布能提升桥梁竖向一阶自振频率和结构整体刚度,且单一种类FRP布的提升效果要强于复合纤维布。 In order to study the effect of different fiber-reinforced composite material(FRP) sheets on the reinforcement and improvement of the in-service simple-supported slab bridge, a three-span simply-supported slab bridge in service was taken as the research object, and the slab beams of each span were reinforced by basalt fiber reinforced composite material(BFRP) sheet, carbon fiber reinforced composite material(CFRP) sheet, and a combination of BFRP sheet and CFRP sheet. Through theoretical analysis and static and dynamic load tests, the improvement of the mechanical performance of the in-service simply supported slab bridge by different reinforcement methods was analyzed. The research results show that the improvement effect of composite fiber sheet on the stiffness of in-service bridges is better than that of a single FRP sheet, while the reinforcement stress reduction effect of CFRP sheet is stronger than that of the other two fiber sheets;FRP sheet can improve the vertical first-order natural frequency of the bridge and the overall stiffness of the structure and the lifting effect of a single type of FRP sheet is stronger than that of the composite fiber sheet.
