超声评价卧床患者下肢静脉血栓前状态及血栓形成相关性的研究

Correlation Study of the Venous Thrombosis in the Bedbound Patients Veins of Lower Extremity with Thrombus of Former State by Ultrasonic

目的:探讨超声诊断下肢静脉血栓凝结前状态在卧床病人血栓形成的价值。方法:对178例卧床患者的下肢静脉进行常规超声检查,将检查结果分为:超声未见异常、早期血栓凝结前状态和进展期血栓凝结前状态,3天后复查下肢静脉情况同时与初级检查结果对照。结果:初次检查为超声未见异常的87例中有5例转变为早期血栓凝结前状态,3例为进展期血栓凝结前状态,2例为血栓形成,77例无异常。初次检查为早期血栓凝结前状态的71例中有2例显示为无异常,6例为进展期血栓凝结前状态,7例为血栓形成,56例为下肢静脉早期血栓凝结前状态。初次检查为进展期血栓凝结前状态的20例患者中有8例转变为血栓形成。其余为进展期血栓凝结前状态。三类患者在3日后的血栓形成情况具有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:超声诊断卧床患者下肢静脉血栓凝结前状态对患者出现血栓的情况具有一定的预测意义。

Objective:To investigate the value of the ultrasonic diagnosis of the venous thrombosis in the patients veins of lower extremity with thrombus of former state.Methods:The routine ultrasound examination of the lower extremities in 178 patients with bedbound was divided into:no abnormal ultrasound,early thrombus of former state and the progress thrombus of former state.Review the veins no treatment for the 3 days after.Results:First check for ultrasound in 87 patients with no abnormal convert 5 cases into early thrombosis of former state,3 cases of former state into advanced thrombosis,2 cases into thrombosis,77 patients still with no abnormal.First check for early thrombosis of former state in 71 cases convert 2 cases into no abnormal,6 cases into advanced thrombosis of former state,7 cases into a thrombosis,56 cases still shows early thrombosis of former state.First check for ultrasound in 20 patients with advanced thrombus of former state convert 8 cases into thrombosis,the rest are still displayed as advanced thrombus of former state.Significant statistical difference was shown between three classes patients form thrombosis in 3 days(P<0.05).Conclusion:The status of veins of bedbound patient lower extremity ultrasound diagnosis with thrombus of former state has a certain predictive significance for the venous thrombus.
