先天性门-体静脉分流的MSCT影像表现分析

MSCT Imaging Analysis of Congenital Portal-somatic Venous Malformation

目的:探讨先天性肝内门-体静脉分流(Congenital Intrahepatic Porto-systemic Venous Shunt,CIPSVS)在多层螺旋CT血管成像(Multi-slice spiral CT angiography,MSCTA)的表现、诊断价值及临床特征。方法:搜集我院6例CIPSVS病人的临床资料,结合MSCTA的表现和诊断进行回顾性分析。结果:6例病灶中,ParkⅡ型有3例,ParkⅢ型有2例,还有1例属于静脉导管未闭。结论:MSCT可清晰显示肝静脉-门静脉、门静脉-下腔静脉分流,是诊断先天性门-体静脉分流的重要检查方法。

Objective:To investigate the performance,diagnostic value and clinical characteristics of congenital intrahepatic porto-systemic venous shunt(CIPSVS)in multi-slice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA).Methods:Collect the clinical data of 6 CIPSVS patients in our hospital,combined with the performance and diagnosis of MSCTA for retrospective analysis.Results:Among the 6 lesions,there were 3 cases of ParkⅡ,2 cases of ParkⅢ,and one case was patent venous catheter.Conclusion:MSCT can clearly show the malformations of hepatic vein-portal vein and portal vein-inferior vena cava,which is an important examination method for diagnosing congenital portal vein malformations.
