超声介入在盆腔脓肿的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Ultrasound Intervention in Pelvic Abscess

目的:探讨超声介入在盆腔脓肿的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月-2021年3月本院收治的盆腔脓肿32例,其中单侧者28例,双侧者4例,选择最佳穿刺路径,分别给予病变经腹穿刺置管引流或抽液术、经阴道穿刺抽液术,术后临床予以抗感染治疗,术后一周复查,观察其病变大小。结果:32例患者中,36个病灶,一次成功率为94.4%,二次成功率为100%;患者脓肿抽取或引流脓液约26~100ml。脓液呈白色或咖啡色;术后病灶明显缩小;未见明显并发症。结论:介入超声治疗盆腔脓肿创伤少,并发症少,能迅速缓解炎性症状,保留卵巢及输卵管功能,是一种有效、安全的治疗方法。

Purpose:To explore the clinical value of ultrasound intervention in pelvic abscess.Methods:32 cases of pelvic cavity in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,including 28 cases in one side and 4 cases in both sides.The best puncture route was selected.The patients were treated with abdominal puncture and drainage or drainage,transvaginal puncture and drainage respectively.The patients were treated with anti-inflammatory treatment after operation and re examined one week later to observe the size of the lesions.Results:Among the 32 patients,36 lesions were found,the primary success rate was 94.4%,the secondary success rate was 100%,and the abscess extraction or drainage was about 26-100 ml.The purulent fluid was white or brown,the focus was obviously reduced and no obvious complications were found.Conclusion:Interventional ultrasound is an effective and safe method for the treatment of pelvic abscess with less trauma and complications,which can quickly relieve inflammatory symptoms and retain the function of ovary and fallopian tube.
