In today’s construction industry,BIM technology has become one of the indispensable technical means,which is widely used in all aspects of prefabricated building construction.The application of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated intelligent machine room is still in the exploratory stage.Starting from the meaning,advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated building,this paper analyzes the advantages and difficulties of BIM technology in the application of prefabricated intelligent machine room,and expounds the specific points ofBIM technology in the construction,structure and mechanical and electrical installation design and construction ofprefabricated intel ligent machine room.
