公路桥梁高墩现浇盖梁支架施工技术探讨

Discussion on Support Construction Technology of High Pier Cast-in-Place Cover Beam of Highway Bridge

高墩盖梁是桥梁设计中的一种常见结构,其施工工艺较普通墩柱盖梁有所不同。现浇混凝土盖梁施工多采用搭设落地支架和抱箍法、钢棒法等无落地支架方法。其中,搭设落地支架施工对于高墩盖梁施工有一定的局限性,抱箍法及钢棒法也有诸多不足之处。论文通过大潮高速公路桥梁的高墩盖梁施工经验,总结了一套经济、高效、实用的锚固牛腿安装贝雷梁托架施工方法,为其他类似工程高墩盖梁的施工提供技术参考和借鉴。

High pier cover beam is a common structure in bridge design.Its construction technology is different from that of ordinary pier bent cap.In the construction of cast-in-place concrete bent cap,there are many methods such as laying ground support,holding hoop method and steel bar method without ground support.Among them,the construction of floor support has some limitations to the construction of high pier bent cap,and the hoop method and the steel bar method also have many shortcomings.Based on the construction experience of the high pier bent cap of the DaChao expressway bridge,this paper summarizes a set of economic,efficient and practical construction method of anchenting brackets to in stall the Beray beam bracket,which can pr ovides technical reference for the construction of high pier bent cap of other similar projects.
