新《中华人民共和国档案法》下水利工程档案信息化管理发展探讨

Discussion on the Development of Information Management of Water Conservancy Project Archives Under the New Archives Law of the People's Republic of China

水利工程的建设施工和后期管理中,所产生的档案量是非常庞大的,如果采用人工档案管理模式,不仅需安排大量的管理人员,且档案管理的效率低,无法发挥各种档案信息的价值。随着新《中华人民共和国档案法》的出台和实施,水利工程档案管理信息化成为工作重点,基于此,论文详细梳理了新《中华人民共和国档案法》对水利工程档案信息化管理的要求及促进意义,并提出了水利工程档案信息化管理的问题及相应对策。

In the construction and post-management of water conservancy projects,the amount of files gener ated is very large.If manual file management mode is adopted,not only a large number of managers need to be invested,but the efficiency of file management is low,and various types of files cannot be used.The value of archival information.With the promulgation and implementation of the new A rchives Law of the People’s Republic of China,the informatization of water con servancy project archives management has become the focus of work.Based on this,this article sorts out the requir ements and pr omotion significance of the new A rchives Law of the People’s Republic of China for water conservancy pr oject ar chives informatization management in detail,and puts forward the problems and corresponding countermeasures of water conservancy pr oject ar chives information management.
