随着我国经济的高速发展,工程机械设备都在向机械化、智能化的方向发展。尤其是在行业激烈竞争的背景下,工程机械设备管理与维护对施工安全、施工质量、施工进度、施工成本有了更大的影响力。因此,施工企业必须重视该工作,可以从制度、技术、人员、环境等方面入手,构建一个利于工程机械设备管理与维护的良好环境,力争为工程建设贡献力量。论文分析了工程机械设备管理与维护的重要性及特点,总结了目前其中存在的问题,并提出解决对策,以供参考。

With the rapid development of China’s economy,construction machinery and equipment are in the direction of mechanization,intelligent development.Especially in the context of fierce competition in the industry,the management and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment has a greater impact on construction safety,construction quality,construction progress,and construction costs.Therefore,construction companies must pay attention to this work,and construction companies can start with systems,technology,personnel,environment,etc.,so as to build a good environment that is conducive to the management and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment,and strive to contribute to the construction of the project.This paper analyzes the importance and characteristics of construction machinery equipment management and maintenance,summarizes theexistingproblems,and puts forward solutions forreference.
