随着我国经济水平的不断提升,科技实力日渐强劲,传统的工程造价管理方法已然无法满足建筑行业的发展需要,需运用先进的科技手段,确保造价管理工作水平的持续提升。因此,将BIM技术运用到建筑工程中具有重要的现实意义。论文结合BIM技术在建筑工程造价管理中的优势,介绍了BIM技术在建筑工程造价管理中的应用,以有效促进建筑行业造价管理水平的提升。

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level and increasingly strong scientific and technological strength,the traditional engineering cost management method has been unable to meet the development needs of the construction industry,and advanced scientific and technological means should be used to ensure the continuous improvement of the cost management level.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to apply BIM technology to construction engineering.Combined with the advantages of BIM technology in construction cost management,this paper introduces the application of BIM technology in construction cost management,in order to effectively promote the improvement of construction industry cost management level.
