Academic Experience Summary of Peptic Ulcer by Wu Bingcai,a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine

伍炳彩国医大师对中医治疗消化性溃疡有很深的造诣,他认为消化性溃疡的发病以湿热居多,大多是虚实错杂、寒热错杂,脾胃虚寒,阳气不舒为本,湿热瘀毒为标。治疗上应辨清寒热虚实,注重恢复脾胃升降正常;清热利湿谨防伤正;久病入络须活血;疏肝解郁调气机。并将消化性溃疡分为五种证型:肝郁化火宜逍遥丸合左金丸,湿热内盛宜黄连温胆汤,胃阴不足宜益胃汤,脾胃虚弱宜黄芪建中汤,寒热错杂宜半夏泻心汤,并介绍常用药对及医案一则。

Wu Bingcai,a master of Traditional Chinese Medicine,is accomplished in treating peptic ulcer with Traditional Chinese Medicine.He believes that peptic ulcer is mainly caused by damp-heat,intermingled deficiency and excess,intermingled cold and heat,and deficient cold of spleen and stomach.The disease originates from thedepression of yang-qi,and manifests aspoisonous damp-heat and static blood.Therefore,we should distinguish cold and heat,deficiency and excess in treatment,and restore the normal ascending-descending of spleen and stomach.While clearing heat and promoting diuresis,we should be careful not to damage the vital qi of human body.Moreover,it is necessary to activate blood when the long-standing illnessinvades collaterals,and to disperse stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation.Peptic ulcer can be divided into five types,namelyliver depression transforming into fire,damp-heat and internal exuberance,insufficiency of stomachyin,weakness of the spleen and the stomach,and intermingled cold and heat.The corresponding prescriptions are Xiaoyao pill and Zuojin pill,Huanglian-Wendan decoction,Yiwei decoction,Huangqi-Jianzhong decoction,Banxia-Xiexin decoction.We will also introduce the commonly used medicine and a medical report of Wu Bingcai.
