基于NB-IoT的3D打印远程更新系统

摘要 针对3D打印设备中的嵌入式应用程序更新维护的工作繁琐、成本高昂的问题,设计一种基于NB-IoT通信技术的远程更新系统。基于引导加载程序设计能够为应用程序提供驱动构件接口的BIOS程序、远程可更新的3D打印应用程序,通过优化Flash分区方式、新程序机器码传输及存储方式,减少数据传输量,扩大应用程序规模。实验结果表明,该系统以较小的附加成本实现了3D打印机程序的远程更新功能,更新耗时短,成功率较高,具有一定实际应用价值。 To deal with maintenance of 3D printing equipment and the high cost of program update,a remote update system based on NB-IoT was designed.Based on bootloader technology,the BIOS program that provided driver component interface for app-lication program and the 3D printing application program that could be updated remotely were designed and implemented.By optimizing the Flash partition scheme and the new program machine code transmission and storage scheme,the size of the app-lication program was enlarged and the data transmission was reduced.Experimental results show that the system realizes the remote updating function of 3D printer program at a small additional cost,and the updating time is short,the success rate is high,and it has certain practical application value.
