摘要
互联网中等收入群体是随着经济社会转型和产业升级而出现的新兴群体,他们的社会认同状况集中反映了当下中国民众社会认同的一个重要面向。在社会认同的类化阶段,这一群体表现出鲜明的圈层文化特征;在认同阶段,其身份的虚实多重性打破了社会认同的整体性,主观认同呈“向下偏移”的趋势;在比较阶段,他们既对互联网行业前景充满信心又面临职场焦虑。互联网中等收入群体的社会认同状况反映了当下原有的社会认同基础被打破,新的社会认同整合机制尚待重建的社会现实。因而,必须在对这一群体的社会心态、利益诉求进行准确把握的前提下,采取一系列预防性、应对性策略,引导他们在分化的社会认同中求得更多共识,进而形成有效的社会认同整合机制,确保社会结构与社会秩序稳定发展。
Internet Middle-Income Group is an emerging group with economic and social transformation and industrial upgrading.Their social identity reflects a basic aspect of Chinese people’s social identity under new economic normal.In the categorization stage of social identity,this group shows distinct cultural characteristics of the circles;in the identification stage,the multiplicity of reality and fictitious identity breaks the integrity of social identification,and subjective identification trends of“shift downward”;in the comparison stage,they are both confident about the future of the internet industry and yet with workplace anxiety.On the premise of accurately grasping the social mentality and interest demands of this group,it is necessary to adopt a series of preventive and responding strategies to guide them to seek more consensus among the divided social identities,and then form an effective social identity integration mechanism to ensure the stable development of social structure and social order under the social transformation.
