硫化氢是一种无色且有异味的危险物质,该气体能对人产生严重的损害,在较高浓度下会导致中毒甚至死亡。该文概述了检测H2S的不同种类的传感器如电化学气体传感器、光学气体传感器、压电式气体传感器、金属氧化物半导体气体传感器等,重点评述了基于不同形貌和维度的金属氧化物H2S气敏材料的性能。
Hydrogen sulfide is a colorless and odorous hazardous substance,which can cause serious damage to people,and also can lead to poisoning and even death at high concentrations.This article outlines different types of gas sensors for detecting H2S such as electrochemical,optical,piezoelectric,and metal oxide semiconductor ones,focusing on the performance of metal oxide H2S gas-sensing materials based on different morphologies and dimensions.
