基于乡村产业振兴的高素质农民培育探析——以福建省为例

Analysis on the Cultivation of High Quality Farmers Based on the Revitalization of Rural Industry,Taking Fujian Province as an Example

文章以福建省高素质农民培育为视角,综合运用数据统计、比较分析、归纳总结等方法,对高素质农民培育的现状进行了深入分析,梳理了乡村产业振兴对人才的现实需求,并结合福建省实际提出了构建多元化培训体系、创新培育机制和模式、突出培养重点群体等加强高素质农民培育的对策措施,以推进一二三产融合发展,让高素质农民成为推动乡村产业振兴的有力人才支撑.

An in-depth analysis of the current situation of high quality farmers’ training was made in the paper from the perspective of the cultivation of high quality farmers in Fujian Province, comprehensively using the methods of data statistics, comparative analysis, induction and summary. The actual needs of rural industry revitalization for main talents were combed. According to actuality of Fujian Province, the countermeasures for the cultivation of high quality farmers were put forward, such as constructing multiple training system, innovating training mechanism and modes, laying stress on main training mass, which will promote integrated development of the first, second and third industry and make the high quality farmers being strong support of the revitalization of rural industry.
