摘要
文章以河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所为例,分析了农业科技人员现状,针对农业科研院所青年科技人才培养中存在的青年科技领军人才短缺、专业管理人才缺乏、多维融合型青年科技人才稀缺等问题,结合打造培养人才的硬环境、营造促进青年科技人才成长的软环境、以项目凝聚带动人才培养的工作实践,提出了精准化人才培养机制和常态化人才培养机制相结合、建立完善复合型人才培养体系、探索人才评价和人尽其才的培养工作机制、优化青年科技人才的竞争激励机制等加强青年科技人才培养的对策.
Taking Changli Fruit Research Institute of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,the current situation of agricultural science and technology personnel was analyzed in the paper.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of young science and technology talents in agricultural research institutes,such as the shortage of young science and technology leading talents,the lack of professional management personnel,the scarcity of multi-dimensional integrated young science and technology talents,and combined with the work practice of creating a hard environment to cultivate talents and creating soft environment to promote the development of young science and technology talents,and project cohesion driving talent cultivation,some measures and suggestions were put forward in the paper,such as the combination of precise talent cultivation mechanism and normalized talent cultivation mechanism,the establishment and improvement of compound talent cultivation system,the exploration of talent evaluation and talent cultivation mechanism,and the optimization of competition incentive mechanism for young scientific and technological talents.
