摘要
本文用8-硝基喹啉和NiCl_(2)·6 H_(2)O合成镍配合物NQ-Ni,利用荧光光谱研究NQ-Ni在301,306,311 K下对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的荧光的影响。NQ-Ni引起BSA荧光静态猝灭,两者结合常数随温度升高而降低,结合位点在301 K时为1.6,在306 K和311 K时约为1。两者相互作用的热力学参数△H<0,△S<0,说明两者相互间作用力类型均主要为氢键和范德华力,反应的△G<0,说明结合反应自发进行。
In this paper,the NQ-Ni complex was synthesized by used 8-nitroquinoline and NiCl_(2)·6 H_(2)O,and the interaction of NQ-Ni and bovine serum albumin(BSA)at 301,306,311 K was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.NQ-Ni causes static quenching of BSA fluorescence,and the binding constant of both decreases with increasing temperature.The binding site is 1.6 at 301 K and about 1 at 306K and 311 K.The thermodynamic parameters of them were△H<0,△S<0,indicating that the forces between them was mainly hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces,The△G<0,indicating that the binding reaction is spontaneous.
