摘要
首次开发了一种设计合理的聚多巴胺涂层金属有机骨架生物传感器,用于Zn^(2+)触发聚集诱导增强的细胞内miRNA-122的原位成像。在酸性环境的影响下,pH值响应型金属有机骨架结构被分解,释放出大量游离的Zn^(2+)作为聚集诱导增强信号放大的触发剂,实现了对miRNA-122的原位成像。因此,该策略有望在癌症早期诊断和生物成像方面发挥重要作用。
A rationally designed polydopamine-coated metal-organic frameworks biosensor was developed for the first time for in situ imaging of intracellular miRNA-122 with Zn^(2+)-triggered aggregation-induced enhancement.Under the influence of an acidic environment,the structure of pH-responsive metal-organic frameworks was disassembled,releasing a large amount of free Zn^(2+)as a trigger for aggregation-induced enhancement signal amplification,enabling in situ imaging of miRNA-122.Therefore,this strategy is expected to play an important role in cancer early diagnosis and bioimaging.
