超声-乙醇辅助提取多穗石柯茶总黄酮的工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 超声波结合乙醇萃取法提取多穗石柯茶总黄酮,并确定其最优提取工艺。以液料比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度为影响因素,利用单因素实验与响应面试验设计,分析各因素对黄酮提取效果的影响,并确定最优提取工艺参数为:液料比49 mL/g,乙醇浓度60%,超声时间47 min,超声温度67℃,在此条件下所获得的提取物总黄酮含量为38.23 mg/g。该研究可为多穗石柯茶功能活性开发与加工利用提供技术支持。 To optimize the extraction process using ultrasonic extraction method with ethanol of total flavonoids from Linthocarpus Polystachys Rehd.(FLPT),single-factor experiment was performed to analyze the influence of the factors such as solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction effect of FLPT,and the corresponding parameters were optimized by response surface methodology.The resulted showed that the optimized extraction process was as follows:The ratio of liquid to material was 49 mL/g,the concentration of ethanol was 60%,the ultrasonic time was 47 min,and the ultrasonic temperature was 67℃.Under these conditions,the total flavonoid content of the extract was 38.23 mg/g.This study can provide technical support for development and processing and utilization of the functional activity derived from Lithocarpus polystachyus Rehd.
