拉曼光谱技术对常见毒品的检测研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,与毒品有关的犯罪活动的日益严重,毒品分析检测技术对于涉毒案件的侦破起着至关重要的作用。本文以常见毒品为研究对象,研究了海洛因、吗啡、甲基苯丙胺毒品和常见稀释剂蔗糖、葡萄糖、淀粉的拉曼光谱图,并对主要拉曼特征峰作了初步识别。结果表明:海洛因、吗啡、甲基苯丙胺毒品的拉曼信息丰富;拉曼技术可以快速分析毒品及其常见稀释剂;在毒品含量低至10%的混合样品中,也能准确的检出毒品成分。 In recent years,the crime related with drugs has become an increasingly serious concern.The componential analysis and detection of drugs play such a crucial role in investigating the drugs crime cases.In this longitudinal study passage of common drugs,the Raman spectra of heroin,morphine,methamphetamine,sucrose,glucose and starch were studied.Whilst,the main Raman peaks are identified preliminarily.The results indicate that heroin,morphine,methamphetamine drugs have rich Raman information;meanwhile,the Raman spectroscopy technique can quickly analyze drugs and their common diluents;it can also accurately detect drug components in the mixed samples with drug content as low as 10%.
