摘要
低毒环保药剂代替氰化钠浸出含金矿石是解决黄金矿山氰渣问题的有效途径。判断低毒环保药剂是否可用的有效手段是开展药效考察试验。通过改善加药模式、建立低毒环保药剂滴定结果与加药量函数关系等措施优化了药效考察试验技术,解决了试验过程中存在的药剂浓度控制不科学、残余药量计算不精确等问题。
It is an effective way to solve the problem of cyanide residue in gold mine by using low toxic environmental protection agent instead of sodium cyanide.The effective way to judge whether the low toxicity environmental protection medicament is available is to carry out the efficacy test.In this paper,by improving the dosing mode,establishing the relationship between titration results and dosage function of low toxicity and environmental protection chemicals,the test technology of efficacy was optimized,and the problems of unscientific control of reagent concentration and inaccurate calculation of residual dosage were solved.
