摘要
对汽轮机结垢物进行前处理后,分别采用X射线荧光对结垢物不同部位进行元素分析,使用X粉末衍射对其化学晶型结构组成与标准的X射线衍射谱库比对,同时辅助扫描电镜与能谱分析验证,结合水质分析监测结果进行综合分析,研究结垢物形成的可能原因。
After pre-treatment of the steam turbine fouling,XRF was used to analyze the elements of different parts of the fouling.XRD was used to compare the chemical crystal structure composition with the standard X-ray diffraction library.At the same time,the scanning electron microscope and the energy disperse spectroscopy analysis verification.Combining the water quality analysis and monitoring results to conduct a comprehensive analysis to study the possible causes of the formation of scales.Energy Disperse Spectroscopy.
