Discussion on How to Reduce the Unsafe Behavior of Chemical Workers

文章通过使用事故频发倾向性理论、事故因果连锁理、人本原理等理论工具,对化工行业企业中人的不安全行为进行研究、分析,进一步得出人的不安全行为出现的原因,并以此为依据,提出切实可行的改善措施。

This paper studies and analyzes the unsafe behaviors of people in chemical industry enterprises by using the theory of accident tendency,accident causality and human-oriented principle,etc.,and further obtains the reasons for the occurrence of unsafe behaviors of people.Based on this,practical and feasible improvement measures are put forward.
