摘要
炼油装置规模的大型化已成为当前新建装置的发展趋势,装置中管道口径也随之增大,因此对连接各个设备的管道设计要求越来越高。特别是越来越多塔底泵采用顶进顶出式离心泵,泵的尺寸大、进出管嘴口径大、操作条件苛刻成为其突出特点,外加空间上的限制,其管道设计是一大难点。本文针对芳烃分馏装置中二甲苯塔底泵管道布置的优化分析,对该类泵进出口的管道设计如何更好地满足柔性和管口受力要求进行了探讨总结。
Large-scale has become the development trend of the new oil refinery,the pipe size in oil refinery is increasing,thus the requirements of piping design of connection with each device is also increasing.In particular,more and more tower bottom pumps use top-in and top-out centrifugal pumps.The large size of the pump,the large inlet and outlet nozzles,and harsh operating conditions have become its outstanding characteristics.In addition to space constraints,the piping design is a major difficulty.This article focuses on the optimization of the piping layout of the xylene tower bottom pump in the Aromatics Fractionation Unit,and discusses and summarizes how the piping design of the inlet and outlet of this type of pump can better meet the requirements of flexibility and nozzle force.
