摘要
以TiCl_(4)为原料,采用水热法在温和的条件下制备出二氧化钛粉体,对粉体进行XRD粉末衍射、N_(2)吸附-脱附等温线、热分析、红外和紫外光谱表征。结果表明,样品为纯金红石相,粒度为6 nm,比表面积为96.2 m^(2)/g,带隙为3.12 eV,样品表面含有7.5%的水。罗丹明B的光催化降解实验表明纯金红石型二氧化钛具有较高的光催化活性。
Titania powders have been synthesized by hydrothermal process under mild conditions using TiCl_(4)as starting materials.The powders were characterized by XRD,Nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm,TG,FTIR and UV-Vis spectrum.The results showed that the samples composed of pure rutile structure.The crystalline size is about 6 nm and the specific surface is 96.2 m^(2)/g.Its band gap is about 3.12 eV and there exists about 7.5%adsorbed water on the surface of TiO_(2).
