随着我国经济社会的不断发展转型,国家大力发展现代职业教育,“双师型”教师队伍建设意义重大,经过各方努力,“双师型”教师队伍建设取得一定成绩,但仍然存在数量过少、质量不高等问题。新时代背景下,加强财经类高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设,需要全面加强师德师风建设,完善教师培训体系,创新产教融合方式,健全制度建设,以全面促进“双师型”教师队伍水平的提升。

With the continuous development and transformation of our country's economy and society,the country vigorously develops modern vocational education.The construction of a"double-qualified"teacher team has achieved certain results,but some problems still exist.In the context of the new era,to strengthen the construction of the"double-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational colleges of finance and economics,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and style,improve the training system,innovate in the integration of industry and education,improve the system construction,and comprehensively promote the level of the"double-qualified"teaching staff.
