高校辅导员思政工作实效性的提高措施分析

Analysis of Measures to Improve the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Work of College Counselors

从高校辅导员思政工作的现状出发,简要分析了思政工作的实效性概念和现状,并分析了影响思政工作实效性的主要因素,包括辅导员因素、途径因素和学生因素。最后从明确职业定位、发挥学校主导作用、树立工作理念、创新工作方法、优化工作环境等五个方面分析了提高思政工作实效性的有效措施。

In terms of the current situation of ideological and political work of college counselors,this paper briefly analyzes the concept and current situation of the effectiveness of ideological and political work,and analyzes the main factors affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political work,including counselors,approaches and students.Finally,it analyzes the effective measures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work from five aspects:clear occupation orientation,the leading role of the school,the work concept,the work method innovation and the work environment optimization.
