立德树人视域下高职学生职业精神培育探析

On the Cultivation of Vocational Spirit of Higher Vocational Students from the Perspective of Morality Education

立德树人,对高职学生进行职业精神培育,不仅可以让学生更好地适应社会需求,实现自身可持续发展,也是职业院校立德树人育人任务的必然要求。立德树人视域下职业院校学生职业精神培育的途径是:坚持立德树人为价值引领,优化人才培养方案;发挥思政功能,实施课程育人;拓展社会实践渠道,推动活动育人;营造文化校园氛围,体现环境育人;打造德艺双馨的教师队伍,促进以人育人。

The cultivation of vocational spirit for vocational college students is the inevitable requirement of morality education.Students adapt to social needs better,and realize their own sustainable development.The ways of cultivating vocational college students'vocational spirit from the perspective of morality education are as follows:adhere to the value guidance of morality education and optimize talent training program,give full play to ideological and political functions and implement curriculum education,expand social practice channels and promote activity education,create cultural campus atmosphere and reflect environment education,build a team of teachers with virtue and skills and promote education by individuals.
