铜梁文化与学校思想政治工作融合发展研究

通过实际调研发现铜梁文化在宣传方面有待加强,学生校园学习、活动缺乏传统文化元素,且目前铜梁文化与学校思想政治工作没有形成有效衔接,但是铜梁文化能够为学校思想政治工作提供丰富的教学理论题材,能够提升学生的思想品德素质和文化素养,铜梁文化的发展和传承急需学校这样的渠道。最后提出首先开展系列主题教育,将铜梁文化渗入学生活动,营造良好的文化育人氛围,其次开展铜梁区域文化讲座,在学校建设文化传承队伍,再次利用新媒体,区域文化融入学校思想政治工作中进行创新,最后打造铜梁文化品牌,加强校企合作等措施,关注铜梁文化发展,提升学校思想政治教育工作的实效性。

Through actual research, it is found that Tongliang’s culture needs to be strengthened in publicity, students’ campus learning and activities lack traditional cultural elements, and the current Tongliang’s culture has not formed an effective connection with the school’s ideological and political work, However, Tongliang’s culture can provide a wealth of teaching theories for the school’s ideological and political work, and can improve students’ ideological and moral quality and cultural literacy, and the development and inheritance of Tongliang’s culture urgently needs channels like schools. It is proposed to first carry out a series of theme education, infiltrate Tongliang’s culture into student activities, and create a good cultural education atmosphere. Secondly, carry out Tongliang regional cultural lectures,build a cultural inheritance team in the school, and use new media to innovate the way that regional culture is integrated into the school’s ideological and political work, finally build the Tongliang’s cultural brand, strengthen schoolenterprise cooperation and other measures, and pay attention to the development of Tongliang’s culture and improve the effectiveness of the school’s ideological and political education.
