Discussion on Teaching Reform of Practice Course for Urban Rail Transit Operation Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,高职要想更好地实现应用型人才培养的目标,必须要重视理论课程与实践教学的有机结合,在扩大理论教学的同时,拓展实践教学的契合与对应,从而有利于增强人才培养的效果。本文主要对高职城市轨道交通运营专业实践课程的教学改革进行探讨与研究,通过掌握该专业实际教学局限、问题与不足,能够促进其教改工作更具针对性与科学性,从而更好地拓宽教学路径,推动该课程的教改效果与实际育才水平的提升,为国家以及社会培养出更多优秀的高职人才,同时也能够促进高职学生更好地成才与发展。

At present, in order to better achieve the goal of applied talents training, higher vocational colleges must pay attention to the organic combination of theoretical courses and practical teaching, expand the fit and correspondence of practical teaching while expanding theoretical teaching, so as to enhance the effect of talents training. This paper mainly discusses and studies the teaching reform of the practical course of urban rail transit operation major in higher vocational colleges. By mastering the practical teaching limitations, problems and shortcomings of this major, we can promote the teaching reform work to be more targeted and scientific, so as to better broaden the teaching path and promote the improvement of the teaching reform effect and the actual education level of this course, for the country and society to cultivate more excellent higher vocational talents, but also can promote higher vocational students to better become talents and development.
