摘要
目的:探讨信息化背景下"PBL+对分课堂"教学模式在护理专科生"妇产科护理学"教学中的应用效果。方法:选我院2018级护理专科生1班、2班(1个理论课授课大班)110名为对照组,另选2018级护理专科生3班、4班(1个理论课授课大班)109名为观察组;对照组运用传统教学模式进行教学,观察组运用"PBL+对分课堂"教学模式。从培养学生分析解决问题能力、规范护理操作、提高慎独意识评价教学效果;比较两组"妇产科护理学"理论、操作考核成绩。结果:观察组分析解决问题能力、规范护理操作、慎独意识显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组学生理论、操作考核得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:信息化背景下,运用"PBL+对分课堂"教学模式开展"妇产科护理学"教学,能提升学生理论知识、操作能力、提升慎独思维和分析解决问题能力,有助于提升教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of pbl+ classroom teaching mode in nursing specialty students’ gynecology and obstetrics nursing. Methods 110 nursing students of grade 1 and class 2(1 theoretical class) in our hospital were selected as control group, and 109 students from Class 3 and class 4(1 theoretical class) were selected as observation group;The control group used the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group used the "PBL+split class" teaching mode. The teaching effect is evaluated by training students’ ability to analyze and solve problems,standardize nursing operation and improve their consciousness of prudence;The theoretical and operational evaluation results of two groups of Obstetrics and gynecology were compared. Results the ability of problem solving, standardized nursing operation and consciousness of prudence in observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);The scores of theoretical and operational assessment of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion under the background of information, the teaching mode of "PBL+classroom" can improve the students’ theoretical knowledge, operation ability, cautious thinking and problem-solving ability, and help to improve the teaching effect.
