高校辅导员大学生思政教育工作“软管理”探究

高校辅导员是大学生思政教育工作的主力军。新形势下,大学生思政教育的工作环境、工作模式都发生了重大变化。高校辅导员必须抓住机遇、应对挑战,才能在大学生思政教育工作这个战场上顶得住、打得赢。对此,高校辅导员首先要了解新时代大学生群体的思想特点,把握当前大学生思政教育工作面临的种种挑战,做到以生为本、真正走进学生心里;明确自身定位,创新工作理念;找准思政工作抓手,提升思政教育工作说服力;审时度势,提升思政工作实效,以"软管理"的方式,传递思政新声,达到春风化雨、润物无声的效果。

College counselors are the main force in the ideological and political education of college students. Under the new situation, major changes have taken place in the working environment and working mode of ideological and political education for college students. College counselors must seize opportunities and deal with challenges in order to withstand and win the battlefield of ideological and political education for college students. In this regard, college counselors must first understand the ideological characteristics of college students in the new era, grasp the current challenges faced by college students’ ideological and political education, and be student-oriented and truly enter the hearts of students;define their own positioning and innovate work concepts;Find the right hand for ideological and political work, enhance the persuasiveness of ideological and political education;assess the situation, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work, and use "soft management" to convey new voices of ideological and political work to achieve the effect of spring weather and rain, moisturizing things.
