A Summary of the Research on the Construction of the Counselor Team for International Students in China

加强来华留学生辅导员队伍建设是坚持社会主义办学方向、构建教育对外开放新格局、提升来华留学生教育质量的客观需要和制度保障。把握当下来华留学生辅导员队伍建设的研究现状和主要成果,能够为今后深化来华留学生辅导员队伍建设的理论研究和实践探索提供参考借鉴。通过文献梳理可知,理论界和教育界围绕设立留学生辅导员的必要性,留学生辅导员的角色定位、价值作用和职责要求,留学生辅导员队伍建设的现状和举措开展了相关研究。后疫情时代通过加强留学生辅导员队伍建设的学术研究、深化留学生辅导员队伍建设的实践创新,才能切实有效地推动留学生辅导员的队伍建设。

Strengthening the construction of counselors for international students in China is the objective need and institutional guarantee for adhering to the socialist direction of running a school,building a new pattern of opening up education,and improving the quality of education for international students in China.To grasp the current research status and main achievements of the construction of foreign student counselors in China can provide reference for the theoretical research and practical exploration of deepening the construction of foreign student counselors in China in the future.Through literature review,we can see that theoretical and educational circles have carried out relevant research on the necessity of setting up foreign student counselors,the role orientation,value role and responsibility requirements of foreign student counselors,and the current situation and measures of foreign student counselor team construction.In the post epidemic era,only by strengthening the academic research and deepening the practice and innovation of the construction of foreign student counselors,can we effectively promote the construction of foreign student counselors.
