摘要 为研究掺混孔的排列方式对中心分级燃烧室性能的影响,以中心分级燃烧室为研究对象,在保证掺混孔总面积相同的前提下,设计了方案A(双排对排)和方案B(双排错排)两种掺混孔排列方案,采用数值模拟的方法,对两种方案下的速度场、温度场、污染物排放量等进行分析和对比。结果表明两种方案的速度分布差异较小,方案A的中心回流区比方案B更加稳定;方案A的出口径向温度分布系数值与出口温度分布系数值比方案B更为合理,出口温度分布更为均匀;方案A比方案B污染物排放量更少。 In order to study the effect of the arrangement of mixing holes on the performance of the central staged combustor,two kinds of mixing hole arrangement schemes,scheme A(double row opposed)and scheme B(double row staggered),are designed on the premise that the total area of mixing holes is the same.The velocity field,temperature field and pollutant emission of the two schemes are analyzed and compared by numerical simulation.The results show that the difference of velocity distribution between the two schemes is small;the central recirculation zone of scheme A is more stable than that of scheme B;the radial temperature distribution coefficient and outlet temperature distribution coefficient of scheme A are more reasonable than that of scheme B;the outlet temperature distribution is more uniform,and the pollutant emission is less.
