制动防抱死系统的通道控制对重型半挂车制动稳定性仿真分析

摘要 利用TruckSim软件对某三轴重型半挂车在低附着路面直线行驶制动工况和良好附着路面弯道行驶制动工况进行仿真分析。仿真中各车轴分别采用单通道和双通道ABS控制方式。仿真分析结果显示,重型半挂车在低附着路面直线行驶紧急制动时,采用双通道ABS控制方法制动效果更佳,可保证车辆按既定车道稳定行驶时显著缩短制动距离;重型半挂车在附着良好弯道进行紧急制动时,采用单通道ABS控制方式其车身稳定性更好,可使车身偏离目标车道的横向滑移量更小。 The TruckSim software is used to simulate and analyze the braking conditions of a three-axle heavy-duty semi-trailer running in a straight line on a low adhesion road and a curved road on a good adhesion road.In the simulation,each axle adopts single channel and double channel ABS control mode respectively.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is concluded that the double channel ABS control has better braking effect than the single channel ABS control when the heavy semi-trailer runs on the low adhesion road straightly,which can ensure that the vehicle can significantly shorten the braking distance when it runs stably in the established lane.When the heavy-duty semi-trailer is subjected to emergency braking on a well-attached bend,the single-channel ABS control mode has better body stability,which can make the lateral slip of the body away from the target lane smaller.
