摘要
为满足双联齿轮大小齿中心线角度偏差的设计要求,研究分析了双联齿轮传统对齿加工工艺,并结合重庆铁马变速箱有限公司现有的设备加工水平,对双联齿轮对齿工艺方案进行优化和改进夹具,使产品满足其设计要求。研究结果表明,双联齿轮对齿角度主要通过零件热前滚齿、插齿和粗磨齿加工控制,数控花键磨床可有效纠正双联齿轮的角度偏差;热处理变形使零件角度产生较小的不规律变化;磨齿机磨齿使零件角度误差少量增大;通过磨齿工序设置和磨齿设备选择可以有效纠正零件滚插齿和热处理后的大小齿角度偏差。
In order to meet the design requirements of the center line angular deviation of duplicate gear,we researched and analyzed the traditional gear alignment technology,and combined with existing equipment processing level,optimized gear processing program and improved fixture,which made the product meet the design requirements.The research showed that the gear angular deviation was mainly controlled by gear hobbing,shaping and rough grinding before heat treatment,and the CN spline grinder machine could correct gear angular deviation usefully.The deformation of heat treatment caused small irregular change of angular,and grinding gear by gear grinding machine increased the angular a little.Setting gear grinding process and select grinding equipment could effectively correct the angular deviation of gear after rolling,shaping and heat treatment.
