With the overall progress and development of intelligent technology,the application of distribution network automation mechanism in smart grid system can better create the grid operation system with better automatization,safety and selectivity,so as to realize the harmonious unity of economic benefits and social benefits.This paper analyzes the significance of smart grid application of distribution automation,and introduces distribution automation from the structure and characteristics,and focuses on the application of distribution automation in smart grid content.
