通用电路板故障检测系统设计

摘要 针对某系统电路板维修中存在的测试手段原始方法落后以及故障定位困难的现状,设计了一套通用电路板故障检测系统,该系统可自动产生被测对象所需的激励信号,同时采集并分析其输出信号,实现自动故障定位。实践证明,该系统使用方便、可靠,可极大缩短电路板检测维修时间,提高工作效率,同时具有较强的扩展性,可方便移植到其他同类应用中。 In order to improve the situation of backward testing method and difficult fault location the general circuit fault diagnosis system is designed.It can automatically generate the excitation signal for the tested circuit board.At the same time it can acquire and analyze the output signal to locate the fault of the tested circuit board.It has be proved that the general circuit fault diagnosis system is easy to use,reliable and can reduce the hours of detection and maintenance and improve the work efficiency.The system is scalable and can be applied to other similar application easily.
