川渝地区生态小区标准条文对比研究

A Comparative Study on Standard Provisions for Eco-residential Districts in Sichuan and Chongqing

经过多年生态小区的建设与发展,川渝两地逐渐形成了各自带有浓厚地方性特色的评价体系、发展现状与技术重点。该文通过梳理川渝两地生态小区标准的发展历程,对川渝两地标准条文进行对比分析,梳理共通性条文和区域性条文,分析归纳出两地生态小区的相同需求并进行对比,以此分别总结出以民众需求为核心、以前沿技术为指引、以地方特色为基础的两地生态小区技术增量方案,以期为后续项目提供参考。

After years of construction and development of e-co-residential district in Sichuan and Chongqing,the standard systems,development status and technical points are gradually formed with strong local characteristics.The development history and the standard provisions of eco-residential district in Sichuan and Chongqing are summarized and compared.In this way the similarities and differences of eco-residential district in Sichuan and Chongqing are analyzed and summarized.And the technical incremental plans for e-co-residential district in Sichuan and Chongqing construction are formulated,which are focused on the needs of the people,guided by advanced technology and based on local characteristics.This can provide the following projects with reference.
