摘要
高等理科教育是培养基础学科高层次人才的重要载体,是为基础科学研究、科技创新、经济社会发展提供高质量后备人才的主渠道。在我国高等教育迈入普及化阶段,本文通过梳理高等理科教育国内外现状、面临的挑战与机遇,围绕我国高等理科教育急需解决的顶层设计、体系建设、专业革新、过程优化等问题进行了探讨,为加快构建高水平的高等理科教育人才培养体系、全面提高人才培养能力提供参考建议。
Higher science education is an important carrier of cultivating high-level talents in basic sub-jects and a main channel of providing high-quality reserve talents for basic scientific research,scientific and technological innovation and economic and social development.This paper provides referential suggestions for speeding up the construction of a high-level higher science education talent cultivating system and improving the talent cultivating capability for our country which is in the early stage of higher education popularization by analyzing current situations,challenges and opportunities of both domestic and international higher science edu-cation with discussions on urgent problems of Chinese higher science education,including top design,system construction,innovation on majors,process optimization etc.
