摘要
“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学研究生整体国际化能力较好,但国际化学术经历有待加强;校内资源及课余生活影响着留学生国际化能力的提升,其中“师生交流”和“与中国学生结对学习语言”是主要因素。中国高水平大学在发挥来华留学生培养优势的同时,应重视师生交流在国际化素养培养中的重要作用,充分发挥导师及其任课教师的积极性;建立和完善中外学生语言学习机制;加强与国内外一流高校合作,为留学研究生提供更广阔的学术平台。
The overall internationalization ability of postgraduate students from"One Belt and One Road"countries is good,but the internationalization academic experience needs to be strengthened.Campus resources and after-school life influence the improvement of international students’international ability,among which"teacher-student communication"and"learning language in pairs with Chinese students"are the main fac-tors.While giving full play to the training advantages of foreign students in China,China's high-level universi-ties should attach importance to the important role of teacher-student communication in the cultivation of inter-national literacy,and give full play to the enthusiasm of their tutors and teachers.To establish and improve the language learning mechanism for Chinese and foreign students;strengthen cooperation with top universities at home and abroad to provide a broader academic platform for overseas graduate students.
