地方本科院校学生就业力及影响因素研究--基于N高校CCSS 2018年调查数据的分析

摘要 文章以CCSS 2018为调查工具,以N高校为调查对象,使用SPSS 24.0进行统计分析,采用方差分析方法进行就业力的性别、学科、年级差异分析,并构建多元线性回归模型,分析影响学生就业力的关键因素。结果显示,学生就业力男女生差异显著,男生高于女生;年级差异显著,高年级学生感知就业力高于低年级;学科差异显著,工科学生就业力显著高于其他学科。回归方程表明,影响学生就业力的因素主要为:向学/厌学、自我报告的教育收获、生师互动和课程学习行为。建议地方高校要加强学生就业指导、加强学风建设、关注学生的教育收获、提高教学有效性、注重师生交流、改革课程考核评价模式。 In this study,the variance analysis method is used to analyze the influence of gender,subject and grade differences on the undergraduates'employability in N College by SPSS 24.0 and CCSS 2018.The key factors influencing the undergraduates employability are found by the way of multiple linear regression models,which shows that the difference between male and female students is significant,male students have more employability than female students;the low-grade students feel low employability,and the senior students feel high employability;the engineering students have significantly more employability than students of other disciplines.The regression equation shows that the main factors affecting students' employment are:learning engagement,self-reported education,teacher-student interaction,learning behavior.Accordingly,it is sugges-ted that local colleges and universities should strengthen employment guidance,improve students'learning,pay attention to students'performance,improve the effectiveness of curriculum teaching,pay attention to teacher-student exchanges,and reform the evaluation model of curriculum.
