人工智能背景下大学生创新创业能力培养:机遇、挑战与策略 被引量:7

The Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of College Students Under the Background of Artificial Intelligence Opportunities Challenges and Strategies

摘要 人工智能与经济发展深度融合给就业市场带来的机遇表现为传统工作岗位减少的同时新的岗位增加,急需大量能满足新业态需求的创新创业型人才,尤其是能解决实际问题的高素质人才和能突破“卡脖子”技术瓶颈的创新型高层次人才。高校需要培养人才的创新创业能力以应对新的挑战。基于人工智能的发展背景,加强产学研合作,注重向跨学科范式转变,推进师资培训与激励机制建设以及依据劳动力供需变化预测模型,对不同专业大学生采取差异化培养策略等有助于提升高校培养大学生创新创业能力的水平。研究对政府与高校制定符合人工智能发展要求的人才培养方案提供了一定的理论与经验支持。 With the deep integration of artificial intelligence and economic development,traditional jobs are reduced while new jobs are increased.A large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents are urgently needed,especially high-quality talents who can solve practical problems and innovative high-level talents who can break through the bottleneck of"stuck neck"technology.Colleges and universities need to cultivate talents'innovation and entrepreneurship ability to meet new challenges.Based on the development of artificial intelligence,strengthening the industrial-academic-research cooperation,focusing on the transformation of in-terdisciplinary paradigm,promoting the construction of teacher training and incentive mechanism,and taking differentiated training strategies for college students of different majors based on the prediction model of labor supply and demand is helpful to improve the level of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship abili-ty.This research can provide strong theoretical and empirical support for the government and universities to for-mulate talent training programs that meet the requirements of the development of artificial intelligence.
