摘要
本研究通过探索与新工科人才需求相适应的培养模式,开展以大教育观为统领,以新工科课程建设为主线,以改革创新为抓手的本科人才培养模式的探索实践,建立了“以学生为主体,以教师为主导,以制度为保障,以创新为抓手”的土木工程新工科人才培养模式,进而为新时代背景下其他兄弟院校的新工科建设与新工科人才培养提供有效参考。
The study explores the training mode suitable for the emerging engineering education talents in civil engineering guided by the concept of large education,and carries out the practice of education model with the construction of emerging engineering education courses as the main line and reform and innovation as the starting point.Furthermore,the student-oriented,teacher-guided,system-guarded and innovation-driven training model is established for emerging engineering education talent of civil engineering,so as to provide ref-erence for the construction and education of emerging engineering education of other brother colleges in new era.
