应急服务背景下公共图书馆残障人群服务趋势探索

Research on the Service Trend of Disabled People in Public Library Under the Background of Emergency Service

图书馆界对残障人群服务的研究已有一定成果,但公共图书馆的残障人群服务存在应急服务体系未建立、空间服务停滞、信息资源应急保障缺位的问题。文章探讨了在应急服务背景下,公共图书馆的残障人群服务新趋势:“专门”和“通用”的服务理念深化了平等的内涵;趋向于打造融合性的服务空间、构建资源易得的利用模式、搭建多元合作的服务模式。

The library community has made some achievements in the study of services for disabled people,but there are some problems in the service for the disabled people in public libraries,such as the lack of emergency service system,the stagnation of space service,and the absence of emergency support of information resources.Under the background of emergency service,the paper discusses there is a new trend of service for the disabled people in public libraries:the service concept of"special"and"universal"deepens the connotation of equality,tends to create an integrated service space,build the utilization mode of easily accessible resource,and construct the service mode of multi cooperation.
