Analysis on the Construction and Management of Oral History Resources in the Library of Louisiana State University

美国路易斯安那州立大学图书馆自1991年成立T.Harry Williams口述历史研究中心以来实施了大量的口述历史项目,现已成为路易斯安那州最大最全面的口述历史收藏机构。通过调研T.Harry Willimas口述历史研究中心的资源建设方式、资源信息组织和资源使用制度,发现其资源建设和管理具有社会化和多样化的资源建设方式、详细并且实用的资源组织和描述、方便快捷的获取途径和严格有效的著作权保护措施的特点,以期为我国高校图书馆口述历史资源建设提供参考。

Since the establishment of the T.Harry Williams Oral History Research Center in 1991,the Louisiana State University Library has implemented a large number of oral history projects,becoming the largest and most comprehensive oral history collection institution in Louisiana.This paper makes a survey of T.Harry Williams Oral History Research Center about resources construction methods,resources organization,and resource utilization system,and finds that its resource construction and management has the characteristics of socialized and diversified resource construction mode,detailed and practical resource organization and description,convenient and quick access,strict and effective copyright protection measures,so as to provide a reference for the construction of oral historical resources in university libraries in China.
