摘要
通过正交试验,研究玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维与粉煤灰三种因素对高强混凝土基本性能的影响。试验结果表明,玄武岩纤维与聚丙烯腈纤维对C60高强混凝土的28d抗压与劈裂抗拉强度影响较为明显。当两种纤维体积率各为0.2%时,混凝土抗压和抗拉强度与基准混凝土相比分别提高了18.6%和64.6%,其坍落度虽有一定的降低,但能够满足施工需要。
The effects of three kinds of factors like basalt fiber,polyacrylonitrile fiber and fly ash on the basic performance of high strength concrete are studied by the orthogonal test.The test results show that,basalt fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber have obvious effects on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of C60 high strength concrete at 28d.When the volume ratio of the two kinds of fibers is respectively 0.2%,the compressive strength and tensile strength of the concrete are respectively increased by 18.6%and 64.6%compared with the reference concrete.Although the slump is reduced to a certain extent,it can meet the construction needs.
