摘要
寒区隧道排水沟出口防冻设计是隧道排水系统设计的重要组成部分,为保证寒区隧道排水沟出口冬季不冻不堵、排水通畅,结合理论分析、现场测试和工程实践,介绍了寒区隧道排水沟出口型式以及设计要点;并针对隧址区气象环境、流速流量和保温措施等影响因素,利用数值模拟方法研究了掩埋式排水沟及端墙式排水沟出口的防冻措施有效性。研究表明,在寒冷地区,端墙式隧道排水沟防冻出口比掩埋式出口具有更好的防冻效果以及更广泛的适用性,同时也为排水沟检查与养护提供了便利条件。
The anti-freezing design for the outlet of the tunnel drainage ditch in cold area is an important part of tunnel drainage system design.In order to ensure that the outlet of the tunnel drainage ditch in cold area is not frozen,blocked and smooth in winter,combined with theoretical analysis,field test and engineering practice,the outlet type and design points of the tunnel drainage ditch in cold area are introduced.According to the influencing factors such as meteorological environment,flow velocity and thermal insulation measures in the tunnel site,the effectiveness of anti-freezing measures at the outlet of buried drainage ditch and end wall drainage ditch is studied by the numerical simulation method.The research shows that,the anti-freezing outlet of end wall tunnel drainage ditch has better anti-freezing effect and wider applicability than the buried outlet in cold area.At the same time,it can also provide convenient conditions for the inspection and maintenance of drainage ditch.
