摘要
云南滇东白龙山煤矿矿井水悬浮物和浊度含量偏高,采用"高效澄清池+重力无阀滤池+ClO2消毒"工艺对矿井水进行处理,系统运行稳定,悬浮物去除率大于90%,出水浊度小于5NTU,处理出水140m^(3)/h作为煤矿生产用水,剩余的920m^(3)/h达标外排。为实现节水减排的环保目标,该企业计划将处理达标的矿井水作为燃煤机组循环水补水,以实现矿井水零外排。根据循环水模拟试验结果,在采用无磷水稳剂的情况下,循环水浓缩倍率可提高至5倍。通过对矿井水处理后回用,产生的经济效益为546万元/a,污染物减排4247t/a,废水减排531万m^(3)/a,具有显著的经济和环保效益。
The mine water suspended solids and turbidity is high in Bailongshan Coal Mine, Eastern Yunnan. The mine water is treated by high efficiency clarifier, gravity valveless filter and ClO2 disinfection. The system runs stably, suspended solids removal rate is over 90%, and the turbidity of effluent is less than 5 NTU. The 140 m^(3)/h treated effluent is used as coal mine production water, and the remaining 920 m^(3)/h effluent up to the standard is discharged. In order to achieve the goal of water saving and emission reduction and zero drainage of mine water, the enterprise plans to use the effluent as the makeup water of circulation for coal-fired power units. According to the simulation test results of circulating water, the concentration ratio of circulating water can be increased to 5 times when phosphorus free water stabilizer is used. The annual economic benefit is 546 million yuan, while reducing 4247 tons pollutant, 531 million m^(3) wastewater discharging, which has remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
