摘要
针对沿空留巷空间"小"结构稳定性影响因素繁多等问题,提出沿空留巷空间"小"结构稳定性控制技术,确立了顶板下沉量、两帮移近量、充填体最大应力3个留巷空间"小"结构稳定性评价指标,研究了充填体宽度、留巷宽度、采高、留巷顶板支护强度、充填体强度5个关键参数对留巷空间"小"结构稳定性的影响程度;随后采用灰色关联度和组合权重法对评价指标进行了分析,得到沿空留巷空间"小"结构稳定性最优解,并进行了现场应用。结果表明:通过沿空留巷空间"小"结构控制技术设计的关键参数,顶板下沉量和两帮移近量小,充填体受到的最大应力低,结构稳定,留巷效果好。
Aiming at the multi-factors influencing the "small" structure stability of the entry retained along gob-side, the "small" structural stability control technology is proposed, and three evaluation indexes are determined as the retaining space, comprising roof subsidence, displacement of the two sides, and maximum stress of the filling body.Influence of five key parameters, including body width, roadway width, mining height, strength of roadway roof support, and filling body strength on the stability, on the "small" structure of the roadway space is analyzed;then the gray correlation degree and combination weight method are used to evaluate the indicators, the optimal solution for the stability of the "small" structure is obtained and applied on site.The results show that: applying the key parameters of the "small" structure, the roof subsidence and the two-side convergence are small, the maximum stress on the filling body is low, the structure is stable, and the entry retaining effect is favorable.
