颈动脉内膜切除术后脑过度灌注综合征影像学研究进展

Progresses in imaging research of cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome after carotid endarterectomy

脑过度灌注综合征(CHS)是颈动脉内膜切除术(CEA)及支架植入术后少见但严重的并发症。临床主要依靠临床症状及相关影像学检查诊断CHS。快速、准确地诊断CHS并早期及时干预是决定预后的重要因素。本文对CHS影像学研究现状进行综述。

Cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome(CHS)is a rare but serious complication after carotid endarterectomy(CEA)and stent implantation.Clinical diagnosis of CHS mainly depends on clinical symptoms and relative imaging examination.Rapid and accurate diagnosis of CHS and quickly and early intervention are important factors for prognosis.The status of imaging researches of CHS were reviewed in this article.
